Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Coach Legend: MLBB AI Guide (the "App") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service

The App provides Mobile Legends: Bang Bang hero statistics, tier rankings, counters, builds and skills; team synergy analysis; and AI-generated coaching (Draft Coach, Team Synergy, Hero Finder, Coach Chat and hero questions). The App is an unofficial, fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Moonton or Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use the App and to make purchases.

4. Accounts

Browsing does not require an account. The AI features require signing in with Apple (iOS) or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service.

5. Credits

5.1 Getting credits

• New installs receive 10 free credits.
• Watching a rewarded ad earns 10 credits, up to 10 ads per day with a short cooldown between ads.
• Credit packs can be purchased in the App.
• The Android app may award small bonuses, such as a credit for exploring hero pages.

5.2 Using credits

Each AI action (a draft analysis, team analysis, hero recommendation, hero question or chat message) uses 1 credit. If the AI cannot answer, the credit is refunded automatically.

5.3 Credit terms

• Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are non-transferable.
• Credits do not expire while the App is installed.
• On iOS, credits are stored on your device and are lost if the App is deleted; purchased packs can be restored where the store allows. On Android, credits are backed up to your account when you are signed in.
• We may adjust credit amounts and prices for future purchases.

6. Purchases

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. Refunds are handled under Apple's and Google's refund policies. We never receive your payment details.

7. Advertising

The App shows ads through Google AdMob. We do not control third-party ad content, and your dealings with advertisers are between you and them.

8. AI-generated content

AI answers are generated by Google Gemini from your inputs and current game statistics. They may be incomplete or wrong, and they are suggestions only. Do not submit personal or sensitive information in chat. You are responsible for how you use the advice.

9. Game data

Hero statistics come from third-party community sources and are refreshed regularly. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or availability. Game updates may change hero balance at any time.

10. Intellectual property

The App's design, code and original content belong to Kanto Projects. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang names, hero names and artwork belong to Moonton and are used for identification only. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the App.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer the App, abuse or automate the AI service, exploit bugs to obtain credits, use the App unlawfully, or resell access to it.

12. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or credits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

14. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features and update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may end access for violations of these Terms, in which case unused credits are forfeited.

15. Third-party terms

Your use of the App Store, Google Play, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In and AdMob is also governed by their own terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
