This policy explains how Kanto Projects ("we", "us") handles information in Coach Legend: MLBB AI Guide (the "App") on iOS and Android, and on this website. By using the App you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Summary
- You can browse heroes, tier lists, counters and builds without an account.
- The AI coach requires signing in with Apple (iOS only) or Google, so we can prevent abuse.
- Questions you send to the AI coach, together with your rank, playstyle and preferred roles, are processed by Google Gemini through our server to generate an answer.
- We use Google AdMob for ads, RevenueCat and the App Store / Google Play for purchases, and Firebase for sign-in, analytics and app services.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Profile preferences: an optional display name, your MLBB rank, playstyle and preferred roles. These shape the coach's advice.
- AI requests: the hero picks, team compositions, hero questions and chat messages you send to the AI coach.
- Account information: if you sign in, we receive your account identifier and, depending on the provider, your name and email address (Apple may give us a private relay email).
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: which features you use, screens viewed and app events, collected by Firebase Analytics.
- Device data: device model, operating system version, app version, language and approximate region.
- Advertising identifiers: used by Google AdMob to deliver and measure ads, subject to your device's ad-tracking settings (on iOS, only with your App Tracking Transparency permission).
- Diagnostics: crash and performance information.
How we use information
- To provide the App: hero data, counter suggestions, synergy scores and AI answers.
- To run the credits system: tracking your balance, ads watched and purchases, and refunding credits when an AI request fails.
- To personalise AI advice to your rank, playstyle and roles.
- To show ads and reward you for watching them.
- To understand usage, fix bugs and improve the App.
- To run optional promotions such as giveaways (Android), including checking eligibility based on time spent in the App.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with legal obligations.
Where your data is stored
- On your device: your profile preferences, credit balance and recent Coach Chat messages (kept for 24 hours).
- In the cloud (Android, when signed in): your credit balances, profile preferences and ad-reward counters are backed up to Google Firebase so they can be restored on a new device.
- AI processing: AI requests are sent to our Firebase Cloud Function, which forwards them to Google Gemini and returns the answer. We do not keep a record of your questions or answers on our servers beyond standard service logs.

Each service processes data under its own privacy policy. We never receive your payment card details; payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above to operate the App, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and ourselves.
Retention and deletion
Local data stays on your device until you delete the App. Cloud backups are kept while your account is active. To delete your account and cloud data, email apps@kantoprojects.com from the address you signed in with, and we will delete it within 30 days. Signing out on Android also clears the local copy on that device.
Your choices and rights
- Use the App without signing in (the AI coach will be unavailable).
- Limit ad tracking in your device settings.
- Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use encrypted connections, Firebase security rules and server-side handling of API keys. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will notify you in the App.
